OPTIONAL hot air balloon ride in the morning. The transfer takes you to Kaymaklı to explore the underground city. Be prepared to be amazed with what people have done to protect themselves. Then, continue on to the beginning of the Ihlara Valley, an oasis in the barren landscape. Following the stream, walk down to Belisırma village for lunch by the riverside. The hike continues by the stream and reaches Selime village and its amazing rock formations. Transfer back to Uchisar. 

Overnight in Alphan Cappadocia Hotel 

The day starts as you are transferred to Göreme Open Air Museum, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Seeing the churches and amazing frescoes from the 9-11th centuries, start on the path that will take you through some of Cappadocia’s hidden valleys. After a nice lunch in Red Valley, the hike gets even more scenic. The day ends as you walk down to Çavuşin, taking some time to see the town. Transfer back to Uchisar. 

Overnight in Alphan Cappadocia Hotel 

In the morning, a 10-minute transfer will take you to Ibrahimpasa. This easy walk takes you through the towns of Ibrahimpasa and Ortahisar, offering hikers the opportunity to experience local life away from touristic crowds. After this 2 hour walk, the transfer will take you either back to Uchisar (if using shuttle transfer) or directly to the Kayseri Airport (1hr).
